For over twenty-five years, Professor Frank Monsour, led the Australian and New Zealand Committees and Accreditation through recognition as a Principal Medical Surgeon.
As a leader in his field of Surgery and highly acclaimed globally, he developed the Queensland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Training Unit, which is now recognized internationally as a “Benchmark” training facility.
As a Past President of the Australian & New Zealand Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, he remains a Senior Statesman within his Specialty as well as previously being appointed Chairman of the Specialty Advisory Committee of the Commonwealth Health Insurance Commission (HIC) and the Australian Federal Department of Health & Aged Care.
In recognition of his leadership in Public Health and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, his name and achievements were selected for inclusion in the buried Time Capsule at the new Royal Brisbane/Women's Hospital site in Brisbane.
His military career culminated in extended terms as “Colonel Consultant” within the Office of the Surgeon-General, Australian Defense Force.
He was awarded the “Order of Australia” as recognition of his services.

With over two decades experience in the design, construction, operations, and management of infrastructure within both the utility and government sectors, Sebastian brings a range of skills and experience to Majella Global Technologies. Sebastian’s background in strategic and change management programs focused on creating new business units out of existing and emerging divisions and enabling them to deliver future business and commercial needs. Through the use of such initiatives as the DuPont STOP and Rowland Communications programs, he improved management, environmental, financial, safety, compliance, and governance requirements.
Leading innovative solutions in the infrastructure sector is the hallmark of his career to date. While working as General Manager for Southbank Education Training Precinct, Major Government Contracts and PPP’s at Spotless Services, he was integral to the leadership, management and delivery of a $550 million construction build and putting in place the systems and process to deliver a thirty year operations contract. This project was recognized as the BEST GLOBAL PROJECT (2007) at the Public Private Finance Awards (London) (Sponsored by KPMG) and given the Spotless Services Managing Directors Award of Excellence in 2006.

Mr. Cleaves joined Majella Global Technologies in March 2011.
Mr. Cleaves is the former Regional Administrator of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region I Office in Boston, Massachusetts, serving from May 2005 until January 2009. In this capacity, he was responsible for coordinating FEMA emergency preparedness, mitigation, and disaster response and recovery activities in the six New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. As Administrator/Director he has overseen 34 Major Disaster Declarations including the ‘Patriot’s Day Storm’ in May 2007, which was the first time in history that all 6 New England States were simultaneously effected. Also, he was the Administrator during the December 2008 Ice Storm which resulted in Presidential Disaster Declarations in 4 New England States.
After the January 2010 Haiti earthquake, he traveled to Port-Au-Prince 14 times to assist with response and recovery operations. Initially he worked with the Joint Task Force (JTF) Southern Command, USAID and the U.N. – International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Prior to joining FEMA, Cleaves served as the Director of the Maine Emergency Management Agency (MEMA),beginning in1999. In addition to his emergency management duties, shortly after the events of Sept. 11, 2001, Cleaves was appointed as Director of Homeland Security for the state of Maine, by the Governor.
While serving as the Homeland Security and Emergency Management Director, he simultaneously served as the CEO of the Maine Military Authority. Cleaves conceptualized and wrote a business plan in 1991 that created this major military vehicle rebuild facility which ultimately grew to a 550 person operation working with an 82 million dollar annual budget. The facility became nationally recognized, as it operated at less than one third the cost of any other military rebuilding facility --- operating at a fully burdened labor rate of 36 dollars per hour compared to 120 dollars per hour at any of the army depots.
Cleaves spent over 30 years in the Army National Guard rising to the rank of Colonel before retiring in 1999. During his time in the Army National Guard, Cleaves had the privilege of commanding the 152nd Field Artillery Battalion as well as serving on the Adjutant Generals staff as the Director of Logistics and Maintenance. During the Ice Storm of 1998, he coordinated all National Guard logistics and maintenance response and recovery operations throughout the state. During his career he received numerous awards including the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Award (2nd aware) and the Army Commendation Medal (3rd award).
Cleaves received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maine. During his military career, Cleaves completed the Command and General Staff College in Kansas, and the Joint Services Military Planning College at the Naval War College in Virginia.

With over twenty years of experience in corporate management and having built and managed his own business enterprises, Chris brings a broad range of skills and experience to MGT. He has had extensive experience in management,sales, and marketing roles primarily within manufacturing and distribution organizations within the Building and Construction Industry. He has built competencies in sales and marketing, supply chain management, facilities management, and developing competitive advantage through implementation of creative information technology solutions. In running his own manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses he has learned the value of good customer service and efficient and integrated business enhancements.
Chris holds the rank of Colonel in the Australian Army Reserve, has had significant experience in Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Management planning, and has dealt widely with many Non-Government Organizations, international organizations and government agencies. In 2010 he deployed on operational service to East Timor following his appointment as a Principle Staff Officer to the Commander of the Australian/New Zealand Joint Task Force. During this deployment he was responsible for the planning and coordination of the civil military operations within the JTF. Chris was called to assist the Reconstruction Authority as part of the Flood Assistance Task Force in January 2011.
He has served as a member of the State Committee of the Queensland Housing Industry Association, as the Chair of the Queensland Kitchen & Bathroom Association, and as a committee member of the United Service Club.
Chris is married with two children. He holds tertiary qualifications in Management, e-Business, and Project Management. Chris is a Graduate of the reserve Australian Command and Staff College.

Liam received his Honours degree in Engineering in Computer Systems and Electronics from the University of Queensland. Since then he has exercised his considerable experience with Internet enabled technologies to enhance the business practices of numerous companies. He spent five years working in South East Asia where he played a key role in the initial and ongoing development of a start-up medical diagnostics and imaging laboratory, which now has contracts with major hospitals and companies in the region and is in its 11th year of operations. Liam continues to maintain a directorship of this company and also chairs the board of his family's one and a quarter century old company.
Liam's experience with start-up businesses working in unique fields, and his well-regarded knowledge of Internet related business practices, allows him to consult for many clients, from small professional practices up to large organizations.
Vice President of Information, Majella Global Technologies
Jake began his professional career as an active duty officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers. While stationed in Alaska, the Marshall Islands, the Republic of Korea and Iraq, he worked as a construction engineer, project manager, explosives and demolitions trainer, and logistics officer. After his military service, Jake has been both an academic and a business leader. Jake has led projects in a variety of fields including: hydrologic warning, field maintenance operations, crisis informatics, oceanographic event analysis, and software development. Jake is also an assistant instructor in the Department of Spatial Information Science and Engineering at the University of Maine.
Jake holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and a M.S. in environmental engineering from the the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is currently working on a PhD in the School of Information and Computing Science at UMaine. His research is a mix of event-based geographic information systems and decentralized spatial computing.
Jake is married with two wonderful children. In his younger days he was an accomplished mountaineer and telemark skier. Lately he spends more time flying kites and biding his time until his kids let him teach them to ski and climb.
