The Majella Global Technologies™ Operations Center is central to response, monitoring, and support of the Majella Insight™ solutions and our customers. This is where the People and Technology come together. The Operations Support Team brings over 60 years of combined experience in field operations, facilities management, information systems, and data collection. This is not a call center with cubicles and headsets, but a Professional Operational Support Team in an open and collaborative space. The team works together to find pragmatic approaches to each customer’s unique situation. Doing so provides effective and efficient solutions backed by practical knowledge.

The Operations Center provides monitoring and appropriate response of field operations for customers who require additional support.

Operations Center Support

All of the Operations Support Team members have field experience with mobile solutions. They apply lessons learned from knowledge gained across the globe in some of the most challenging and remote locations on earth. This experience enables the team to provide exceptional support, solutions, and guidance.

The Operations Center implements a multitude of software and hardware technologies. The same technologies that our customers use are used by the team to perform their day-to-day functions. They constantly review and receive feedback about Majella Insight's products. This information is delivered directly to development teams, who work hand-in-hand with the Operations Center Team to introduce cutting-edge solutions for customers.
