Command, Control and Workflow Management

Majella Insight™ Command & Control Center

The Majella Insight Command & Control Center (C2) is a powerful workflow management system and situational awareness tool, providing a full visual of team members out in the field; management of assets, assignments, and activities; and a comprehensive communication system including emergency alerts.

This workflow management system features an intuitive, interactive user interface including:

  • Powerful mapping utilizing the Google Maps API
  • Overlay of data directly from the Majella Insight™ Cloud Application
  • Layers and custom map markers, which can be added to provide a more comprehensive visual
  • Capability to draw map regions, giving more control to manage assets and assignments
  • Ability to import a wide variety of spatial information including GIS and reporting data
  • A full function Control Panel
  • A Regional Monitor Panel
  • Team member and asset tracking
  • Two way chat
  • Task list priority and status, designated by both field and control center personnel

Team Situational Awareness & Communication

The C2 workflow management system allows decision makers at headquarters to monitor, track, and pin-point the locations of team members collecting data and performing operational tasks. Two-way communication is an intrinsic part of the Center, including Alerts to notify field teams of hazards, emergency situations, etc., and text messaging. This visibility enhances the safety and efficiency of field personnel.

Asset Management

In addition to tracking personnel, the C2 workflow management software is able to track and manage assets in the field, via GPS technology. These assets can include equipment, machinery, supplies, and fixed resources. All assets are displayed on the C2 Center interface in conjunction with pertinent tasks and can report mission operability. Decision makers can then ensure effective and efficient use of available assets.

Workflow Management

Individuals and Regions are assigned tasks using the C2 workflow management software, without the need for voice-based communications. Managers communicate with mobile devices directly from the C2 Center to dispatch resources and personnel for efficient relief, aid, reconnaissance, or operational activities. Field teams can specify when a task is completed, indicating mission progress and providing the ability to reallocate resources. Field teams also have access to Emergency Alert functions to identify urgent communications and immediate support requirements.

The Majella Insight Command & Control Center provides the insight needed to empower decision makers by providing a real-time Common Operating Picture that can be shared globally.
